Sative Space

Sative is a multifunctional space in Tbilisi, combining a gym, coworking area, and cafe. The project involved designing and overseeing the implementation of the interior. The main challenge was to adapt the existing architectural concept to meet new business needs, integrating brand elements, functional solutions, navigation, lighting, and furniture.

The space’s style combines minimalism and functionalism with elements of brutalist grunge, industrial aesthetics, technology, and recycling. Inspiration came from Tbilisi’s techno clubs on the Left Bank and the Fabrika cluster.

Special attention was given to details such as the variety of seating options in the coworking area and different lighting scenarios in the main hall. At night, the hall can transform into a techno club—simply turn off the main lights, keep the orange lighting, and add a little smoke. The central and most complex feature was the multifunctional reception desk with a cafe and DJ area, built from wall blocks flipped outward, reinforced with metal rods and ivy.

The project lasted about six months and ran concurrently with construction. In addition to selecting materials, plumbing, and lighting, custom objects were designed and implemented, including light fixtures, navigation elements, trash bins, towel baskets, signage, and a coat rack.
